DETAILS---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

note- The sounds you hear from these weapons are actually real sounds i have recorded from the 'Marimar" Marine base located in San Diego , CA. I requested to come on base to gather these real live fire exercise
recordings. I hope you enjoy this sound mod as much as i have injoyed makeing it. I am giveing my permission for this sound mod to be used everywere and by anyone, and can be distributed anywere, as long as it is distributed
as "Free Ware".

Special Thanks to the Marimar Base. God Bless us, and God Bless our troops!

Installation:

Extract all the .wav files to C:\Program Files\NovaLogic\Joint Operations Typhoon Rising\




Uninstallation:

Simply delete all of the .wav files



NOTE- works best with headphones.

Hey dude, the sounds are great, but try adding some rebel gun sounds... They're the lamest in the game. big grin

I think that the sounds would be good "distant" sounds. But when you put them as the primary sound for the gun it feels like they're to weak, to far away. For me, a shot should sound as something that nearly made you deaf =P But thats just me. It seems that the majority doesn't share my opinion, instead saying that the sound mod is great. So I think your sound mod is a success after all wink

with these sounds and the mindano mod/skinpack may make the game more realistic to me thnx! wink
